Refund Policy for Lexi Puppies:

At Lexi Puppies, we are dedicated to providing our customers with healthy and happy puppies that bring joy to their families. While we strive for complete satisfaction with every purchase, we understand that situations may arise where a refund is necessary. Please review our refund policy below:

  1. Refund Eligibility:

    • Refunds are applicable within 14 days of the date of purchase.
    • To be eligible for a refund, the puppy must be returned to Lexi Puppies in its original condition, accompanied by all paperwork and accessories provided at the time of purchase.

  2. Health Guarantee:

    • All puppies sold by Lexi Puppies come with a comprehensive health guarantee. If within the first 14 days after purchase, a licensed veterinarian certifies the puppy to have a congenital or hereditary health issue that is deemed incurable or life-threatening, the customer may be eligible for a refund.
    • The customer must provide written documentation from a licensed veterinarian confirming the health issue.

  3. Refund Process:

    • Customers must notify Lexi Puppies of their intent to return the puppy within 14 days of purchase.
    • Upon receiving notification, Lexi Puppies will arrange for the return of the puppy and conduct a thorough examination by a licensed veterinarian to verify the health issue.
    • If the health issue is confirmed, Lexi Puppies will issue a refund of the purchase price, excluding any shipping or handling fees, within a reasonable timeframe.

  4. Non-Refundable Items:

    • Any expenses incurred by the customer for veterinary care, transportation, or other related costs will not be refunded by Lexi Puppies.
    • Additionally, any puppy that has been subjected to neglect, abuse, or improper care will not be eligible for a refund.

  5. Policy Updates:

    • Lexi Puppies reserves the right to update or modify this refund policy at any time without prior notice. Customers are encouraged to review the policy periodically for any changes.
